Private Lessons
Evan Bonner and the Olympic Dream Horsemanship system, provide some of the best Natural Horsemanship instruction available in the Northwest.
Evan Bonner’s unique approach to teaching involves breaking down tasks and techniques, but never cheapening or watering them down. Students start by learning basic movements and techniques that are simple to learn, but very difficult to master. They slowly but steadily progress to more refined and more sophisticated horsemanship skills and challenges. This is what allows students of all levels and disciplines to participate without feeling left behind or feeling unchallenged.
Evan offers levels of instruction from rank-beginner to advanced. Evan's curriculum is based on the tradition of Tom Dorrance and Ray Hunt taught to him by Master Horseman Dennis Reis of California. The material is suitable for all levels of students from every discipline.

Currently I am offering 3 different types of Group Lesson Instruction at your location or mine, according to your schedule and budget:
GOOD:
Pay-as-you-Go Group Lessons: Simply bring a friend or a group of friends to a lesson and each of you will receive a discounted price. These are usually much more dynamic and entertaining than private lessons.
BETTER:
Economy Group Lesson Package: This is a package for people who would like to learn how to stay safe and advance with their horse, but have a tight schedule and don’t have a whole lot of money to spend. Pre-pay $160 and receive two 2 hour lessons (with a group of 3 or more people) over the course of 2 months. As a bonus, you’ll also receive 2 private lessons at your convenience for FREE! That’s 10 hours of instruction for $160! You pay $16 per hour (%60 off full price) for instruction in one of the best educational horsemanship programs in the country.
BEST:
Pre-Paid Group Lessons: These are the same format as my Pay-as-you-Go Group Lessons, except if you and your group are willing to commit to a series of weekly lessons (10-12 hours), you will all receive an additional %25 discount! That can be as low as $11 per hour! That’s a better deal for the money than any other highly endorsed or certified professional clinician or instructor can offer you.

~Horse Development~
Colt Starting Difficult Horses
No mechanics; No force; No fear—Just natural body language and communication. When a Universal language is developed and the horse learns to respect, trust and understand the rider with NO DUST...anything is possible! The horse is handled in a way that makes sense to him socially, psychologically as well as physically. This is done though PREPARATION; POSITION; and ESCALATION OF AID. This is the Natural Way with horses.
After the horse receives an education the next pivotal step is to re-integrate the horse with the owner to create a long lasting partnership of mutual respect and clear understanding. The broader and stronger the foundation is, the more options become available to the owner and more willing and capable their new equine partner can be. Evan accepts horses of all breeds, from all disciplines of any age (provided the horse is physically fit enough for training). Evan specializes in working with Difficult Horses; i.e. horses that have possibly injured their owners/trainers, and or have been deemed by other professionals to be too difficult or impossible to train. Evan loves nothing more than to prove to people how the horse is NEVER WRONG. The horse wants nothing more than to survive.
“Don't sell your problem horse...sell your problem horse on you!” ~Dennis Reis
Using Dennis Reis’s unique Universal Horsemanship system, through Four Levels of Ground School, Four Levels of Round Penning, Four Levels of Mounted work, and Four Levels of Mounted Refined work, there is no issue that cannot be overcome.
